Empowering Educators Through Emotional Intelligence
JF Institute of Health Sciences organized a faculty development workshop on “Emotional Intelligence in Health Science Teaching Learning” for all faculty members.
The session was facilitated by Dr. Mitra Bandhu Poudel, Principal of Little Angels' College of Management and author of the research-based book Emotional Intelligence Perspectives on Faculty Retention.
The workshop provided valuable insights into the role of emotional intelligence in enhancing teaching effectiveness, fostering meaningful learning experiences, and strengthening educator-student relationships in health science education.
